Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green apple cored
  • 1/2 lime peeled
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 inch ginger peeled

Instructions

Juicer method

  • Wash everything and core the apple.
  • Juice the cucumber, celery and mint first, then the apple, ginger and lime.
  • Stir and serve over ice straight away.

Blender method

  • Blend everything with a splash of water until smooth.
  • Strain through a nut milk bag and serve chilled.

Notes

Cucumber and celery are nearly all water, which is what makes this so light. The mint and lime do the work of making it taste like a treat rather than a chore. Nutrition is an estimate per glass.
