Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 fennel bulb
  • 1 inch ginger peeled
  • 1/2 lemon peeled
  • 1/2 cucumber

Instructions
 

Juicer method

  • Wash everything and chop the fennel to fit your juicer.
  • Juice the fennel, cucumber and ginger first, then the pineapple and lemon.
  • Stir and serve immediately.

Blender method

  • Blend all ingredients with a splash of water until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine sieve and serve.

Notes

Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps break down protein, and fennel has long been used to ease bloating. Together they make this the one to reach for after a heavy meal. Nutrition is an estimate per glass.
