Glass of blackberry beetroot apple juice with fresh blackberries, a beetroot and a green apple on a wooden surface

Blackberry Beetroot Apple Juice

Blackberries, beetroot and apple in one dark, seasonal juice. Beetroot's nitrates support blood flow to the brain, which is why I reach for it when I need to focus.

Notes

Blackberries are in season from late summer and are free if you're near a hedgerow. Beetroot's nitrates are the point here, they help blood flow to the brain. Nutrition is an estimate per glass.
